Process Engineer / Packaging Engineer (Head Office, Duiven, the Netherlands)

We are looking for a Process Engineer, that wants to take on a challenge in a family company, where cutting edge technology is used to make silver sintering and molding (packaging) machines. You will be working in our Assembly services department, where you going to improve, develop, and make innovations on prototype chips that matter. Our clients are chip producing companies in the automotive, medical equipment, power devices, mobile, industrial applications and more.

The role will focus on Mold and Sinter as well as supporting processes whereas a Process engineer you will be responsible and engage in the entire development process for equipment, tooling, and products through to small repeating volume Assembly builds. Working directly with different Engineering departments, tooling, software development and customers. Within all this you will also guide and train Technicians and operators in alignment with production and test plans to meet schedules of work, develop processes and ways of working.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Preferable at least 4 years of work experience in IC / Semiconductor or equivalent assembly
• Strong Problem solving and analytical skills exhibited in process and equipment development.
• Elevated level of diligence with excellent documentation skills
• AutoCAD (creating and understanding technical drawings)
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Flexible work and working hours required to suit business needs.
